    Description

    1940-50's 7" L metal (possibly some pewter), open face, non mechanical, solid round handle, ice cream scoop.The scoop itself is  2 1/2 " L X 1 3/4" W. The scoop is in good condition with minimal surface dents and only minor discoloration.
    It is not marked as to manufacturer but has the following in raised lettering along the shaft handle "Caution DO NOT PLACE IN BOILING WATER OR SUBJECT TO HEAT IN EXCESS OF 140 F/60C". In addition, you can tell that the scoop was made a mold as you can visably see the grinding lines along one side of the handle and scoop. If you have any questions, please email me.
